Your child can compare amounts by estimating the number of objects in two boxes. To use the Comparison Estimator, set the problem type to 'Random'. To answer a question, choose an item from the pull-down menu that best completes the sentence - "greater than," "less than," or "almost the same as." If you choose "almost the same as," the two shapes must be within 5% (either above or below) of the actual answer. Click the 'Check Answer' button to see if it is correct. Try the next question. |
